This Intellectual Property Policy explains who owns the rights to user source code, projects, build artifacts, runtime components, documentation, the php2go brand, user feedback and other materials connected with the use of the Service.

3.1.The User retains the rights to source code, project files, configurations, templates, texts, databases and other materials uploaded to the Service, provided such rights lawfully belong to the User.

4. Limited technical license to the Service
4.1.The User grants the Administration a limited, non-exclusive and technically necessary license to store, copy, analyze, transform, compile and create artifacts from User Materials solely for providing the Service functions.

5. Rights of php2go
5.1.The Administration and its right holders retain all rights to the Service, compiler, web interface, design, documentation, brand, internal tools, build logic, diagnostic mechanisms and php2go infrastructure.

6. Compiler, runtime and artifacts
6.1.Build artifacts may include User code, generated code, runtime components, configuration files, logs, reports, checksums and launch instructions, so their use may be governed by both User rights and Service licensing terms.
6.2.The User confirms that the User has all necessary rights, permissions and lawful grounds for the actions covered by this section and will not use the Service in a way that infringes third-party rights.

7. Third-party components and open source
7.1.User projects may include Composer packages, frameworks, libraries, fonts, templates, images, code snippets and other third-party components governed by their own licenses and right holder terms.
7.2.The User confirms that the User has all necessary rights, permissions and lawful grounds for the actions covered by this section and will not use the Service in a way that infringes third-party rights.

8. Licenses and User responsibilities
8.1.The User is solely responsible for having all rights, permissions and licenses required to upload, process, compile, download, distribute and use the project and the artifacts created from it.

9. Prohibited rights infringements

10. Confidentiality of source code
10.1.The Administration treats User projects as confidential user materials and limits access to them, but the User must not upload unnecessary secrets, third-party confidential data or materials that the User is not allowed to transfer to a cloud service.

11. Diagnostics, logs and anonymized information
11.1.The Service may generate technical logs, diagnostic reports, compatibility information and aggregated build statistics, but creating such information does not transfer rights in the User project to the Administration.

12. Feedback, suggestions and improvements
12.1.If the User sends ideas, bug reports, suggestions, feature requests or other feedback, the Administration may use them to develop, fix, promote and improve the Service without any obligation to pay compensation.

14. Documentation and website materials
14.1.Website materials, documentation, screenshots, examples, texts, diagrams, interface elements and marketing materials belong to the Administration or the relevant right holders unless expressly stated otherwise.

17. User objections and access restoration
17.1.A User whose materials are affected by a complaint may provide explanations, documents, licenses, agreements, permissions or other proof of rights and request restoration of access if the grounds for restriction have been removed.

18. Transfer, assignment and no alienation of rights
18.1.Use of the Service does not transfer ownership of User Materials to the Administration and does not transfer ownership of Service Materials, the compiler, runtime, documentation, brand or internal technologies to the User.
