SLA and Support
The SLA describes target service parameters. Specific guarantees may depend on plan, contract, and payment region.
This is working public product text. Before real international payments and advertising, review it with counsel for your jurisdiction, company, payment providers, and tax rules.
Service availability
We aim to keep the dashboard, API, build queue, and artifact downloads stable.
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access.
- Issues with external payment, mail, hosting, or network providers are not always under service control.
- Some plans may include higher queue or support priority.
Support
Support helps with compilation errors, payments, access, artifacts, and diagnostics of differences between PHP and Go versions.
- Critical payment and access issues have higher priority.
- Errors in user PHP code may require separate paid development or consulting.
- Fast review requires job log, failure_stage, command, and expected behavior.
Exclusions
SLA does not cover rule violations, malicious code, limit overuse, incorrect secrets, external service failures, or user actions.
- The service may stop a build if the project is dangerous or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Response times do not guarantee unsupported PHP behavior will be fixed by a specific deadline.
- Custom terms may be agreed in a separate contract.
If you need a copy of terms, a data request, a copyright complaint, or a payment question, contact support.
