This policy covers data processed during registration, payments, project uploads, terminal use, support, and API usage.

The Policy applies to https://p2g.dev, user accounts, project uploads, diagnostics, PHP project compilation, build artifact generation, payment functions, technical support and documentation.
By using the website, registering an account, uploading a project, running diagnostics or compilation, paying for a plan or contacting support, the user confirms that they have read this Policy.

2. General provisions
2.1.This Policy explains what data php2go may receive, why it is used, how long it is stored, to whom it may be transferred and what rights the user has.
2.2.This Policy applies together with the Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, Payment and Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Security Policy and Data Deletion Policy.
2.3.If the user does not agree with this Policy, the user must stop using the website and the service.

3. Data operator
3.1.The data operator is the Administration of php2go: IE php2go, website https://p2g.dev, contact email admin@p2g.dev.
3.2.Company details and additional information about the Administration may be placed on the “About company” page or provided upon a lawful request.
3.3.For data contained inside user projects, php2go usually acts as a technical processor performing storage, diagnostics, compilation and artifact generation on behalf of the user.

4. Data we collect
4.1.The service may process account data: email, name or display name, protected password, interface language, registration date, account status, profile settings and authentication history.
4.2.The service may process project data: file names, project structure, archive size, entry point, dependencies, build settings, diagnostic logs, compilation results and artifact information.
4.3.The service may process technical and payment data: IP address, user-agent, device, browser, request date and time, errors, payment statuses, plan, amount, currency, operation identifier, support requests and cookies.

5. Data that should not be uploaded
5.1.The user must not upload data that is not needed for project diagnostics or build.
5.2.It is not recommended to upload real customer databases, payment data, passwords, private keys, secret tokens, private certificates, production dumps, medical, biometric or children’s data.
5.3.If such data is present in a project, the user must remove it, replace it with test values or ensure that the user has a lawful basis for its transfer and processing.

6. Processing purposes
6.1.Data is processed for registration, authentication, account management and access to the user account area.
6.2.Project data is processed to upload, store, diagnose, compile, generate artifacts, display build history and provide results to the user.
6.3.Technical and payment data is used to operate the website, protect accounts, prevent abuse, accept payments, manage subscriptions, process refunds, provide support and comply with law.

7. Legal bases
7.1.Processing may be based on user consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interest of the Administration, compliance with legal obligations or the need to protect rights and security.
7.2.Registration, authentication, project storage and build execution are usually necessary for performance of the contract between the user and the Administration.
7.3.The user may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Projects and source code
8.1.Source code and project files are processed only for service-related purposes: upload, storage, diagnostics, compilation, artifact generation, support and security.
8.2.The Administration does not claim ownership of the user’s source code and does not use user projects for its own separate commercial exploitation.
8.3.Authorized persons may access a project only where necessary: upon a user request, to investigate an error, ensure security, check a rules violation or comply with law.

9. Cookies and payment providers
9.1.The service uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session storage, account protection, remembering settings, interface operation, analytics and website improvement.
9.2.Payments, subscriptions and refunds may be processed by third-party payment providers, banks or aggregators. Full bank card details are usually entered on the payment provider side and processed under its rules.

10. Transfer and international processing

11. Retention, deletion and user rights

12. Security, changes and version priority
12.1.The Administration applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.
12.2.The Administration may change this Policy. The new version is published on the website with the effective date.
12.3.In case of any inconsistency between translations and the Russian version, the Russian version shall prevail unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.
